"Georgie"

Georgie was rehomed to a family in Toowoomba, QLD, in August. Now known as "Bess", short for Elizabeth, Bess has settled in with her new family and fellow canine companion Storm, who spends plenty of time playing with Bess in the backyard chasing each other around.

"Kimmie"

Kimmie was adopted by a lovely family in Bald Hills, QLD in August.  Kimmie enjoys playing with daughters Milly and Charlotte, and has also decided that the Dora couch is better suited to her use than the kids - much to the their amusment.

"Charlie"

Charlie was adopted by his long term foster carer Leanne in July.  Charlie makes number 3, and is enjoying his well deserved retirement with fellow greys Jaydee and Leela, and tries every now and then for Sox the cat to have a game with him, but of course, never prevails!

"Raven"

Rehomed in July to a lovely young couple in Maudsland, "Mili" has settled nicely and will soon be joined by a Poodle puppy which will provide companionship and play opportunities. Mili is a gorgeous girl and her wonderful nature is much appreciated by Kylie and James.

"George"

Rehomed in June to a lovely couple in Toowoomba, QLD, "Merlin" as he is now known lives a life of comfort with fellow greyhound Avalon, and the resident cats.  Being sneaky at times and doing a little bit of bench surfing here and there, Merlin is adored by his new family and enjoying every moment of his new life.

"Betty Blu"

Rehomed in June to a family in Murwillumbah, NSW, "Bella" as she is now known has a charmed life with Tiger, the Chi x Pom & 2 elderly cats, enjoying immense love and comfort.  She shares her large backyard with free-range chickens, where she has learnt to 'retrieve' & loves to play ball. The perfect home for a perfect dog.

"Roxie"

Rehomed in June to Doug and Gloria at Noosa Heads, Qld, Roxie has definitely landed on her feet and is enjoying every moment her new family has to offer.

"Daisy"

Adopted by a wonderful young woman in Murwillumbah NSW in June, Zsa Zsa, as she is now known, is a lucky little pup enjoying all the creature comforts and the playful companionship of Ruby, the Vizsla.  Zsa Zsa lives happily with free-range ducks and is a well-trained, beautiful young dog.

 

"Harley"

Harley is enjoying his new found life with Trudy and Family from Moorooka.  Adopted in June, Harley is the king of his new home where he is doted upon and loved with every moment they can spare.  Harley has truly received a happy ending to his search for a new home.

 

"Missy"

Missy was adopted by Geoff & Diedre in Bridgeman Downs, Qld in May.  Missy has truly adapted to pet life and is doted upon by her new family, even getting her own special couch to lay on.  Missy also enjoys the company of K9, a very cute Jack Russell.  A very happy ending for such a special girl!

"Molly"

Molly was rehomed to Charmaine and Michael in Rochedale South, Qld in May. Molly is enjoying life as the new family dog and also lives with a cat, who definitely rules the roost!

"Loki"

Loki, formerly known as Lucky, was adopted by John, Lochlan and James in Arana Hills, Qld in May.  Loki spends his days playing soccer with the boys and enjoying companionship of fellow greyhound Princess.

"Pixie"

Pixie was rehomed to Mark in Wynnum, Qld in May. Pixie is enjoying her new forever home with fellow greyhound Jem where they go on their daily walks and then retreat to the family couch afterwards - just want greyhounds know best!!

"Jimmy"

Jimmy was adopted by Gemma in Southport, Qld in April.

"Ruby"

Ruby was rehomed to Leisa in Guyra, NSW in April.  Ruby is loving the property she now lives on and is enjoying running around with the working dogs.  Ruby also visits to the vet clinic where Leisa works to meet and greet the clients and their patients.

"Esmae"

The stunning Esmae, formerly known as Foxy, was rehomed to Chris and Amanda in Pomona QLD in April. Esmae enjoys her days with Chris and Amanda's other dog, George, and the two cats, Kevin & Little Cat. Esmae also enjoys going to school on a regular basis with their 2 children where she participates in daily classes with primary school kids. Esmae also has the occassional visit to the vet clinic where Chris works where she struts her stuff in front of the other dogs!!

"Sox"

The beautiful Sox was rehomed to Matt at Camira QLD in March. Sox is thoroughly enjoying her new life with her owner and is also enjoying the companionship of fellow canine, Chopper, who is a gorgeous Cattle Dog. Sox has truly landed in her forever home!!

"Rolf"

Rolf knew that there was no way Katrina could ever give him up.  As his foster carer she quickly learnt what an amazing & wonderful boy he is.  Her excuse for keeping him....?  "He'll be such a good promo dog for the Sunshine Coast region!"  Well, of course, that's true! After several weeks in foster care - where Katrina & Rolf worked steadily to weaken Foti's defences & make him agreeable to the permanency of yet another animal in their already extensive menagerie - it happened - he acquiesced. Success!

"Lizzie"

The striking Lizzie was rehomed to Lin and Family in Mackenzie, Qld in February.  Lizzie enjoys her days with the young Boonie, a beautiful labrador who wants to play with Lizzie all the time.  Lizzie being a retired greyhound has clearly settled in to life after racing and is enjoying her new life with a family who adore their pets.

"Tammy"

The big, gorgeous Tammy was rehomed to Bathurst, NSW in March.  This sweet dog defied the odds of being impounded in a red-necked regional pound to be rescued, with the help of a local vet, & sent to Sydney for fostering, to eventually finding a loving home with a family that adore her.  Yay! Happy ending!

"Leroy"

Leroy was rehomed to a family in Kingscliff NSW in March.  He is adjusting well to a busy, loud house full of teenagers , with always lots happening.  He loves his walks & enjoys playing in the yard or sleeping in the sun during the day & depositing himself in comfort in the loungeroom at night - relaxing in the middle of the mayhem & loving it!

"Hawkeye"

The gorgeous Hawkeye, was rehomed to Kuni and Cathy in Albany Creek Qld, in March.  Hawkeye is adored by all family members, including Mojo, the mini Daschund who is adapting to life with another canine much bigger than him.  Although when they are out together on their daily walks, Mojo gets more attention than Hawkeye from the people passing by, who also find it amusing seeing two dogs so happy together, but so different in size.  Just goes to show, that Greyhounds are adaptable to many different lifestyles!!

"Kikki"

Kikki, formerly known as Kayla was adopted in February to Alex and family at Brookfield Qld.  Kayla shares her new life with fellow greyhound, Lila, and the families young kittens, Isis & Icarus.  Kayla has slotted in just perfectly with her new family.

"Mickey"

The laid back, easy going Mickey was rehomed in February to Annette in Bundaberg Qld.  Mickey is thoroughly enjoying life and the occasional trip to work with Annette where he helps with children who have suffered trauma.  Mickey has definately landed a "job" that will see his wonderful personality do so much for these kids.

"Cleo"

Like her sister, Patty, Cleo managed to find the perfect 'forever' home. Rehomed to a farm in Nashua NSW in February, this beautiful girl enjoys her days lazing around in the home office or cuddling up to or crusing around with the young boys who have become her best friends. The perfect life for the perfect dog!

"Pepper"

Adopted in February to Michelle at The Gap in Qld, Pepper is enjoying his new life with 4 cats and whippet, Tigger.  Pepper also helps Michelle with her Pet Pep Talks where he gets to meet heaps of people and show of his gorgeous and playful personality.

"Patty"

The stunning Patty was adopted by Kellie from Salisbury Qld in February where she has settled in to her new life quite well.  Patty is enjoying a peaceful retirement with Kellie's three children and Kimba the cat.

"Dulcie"

Ex brood bitch, Dulcie, has truly adapted to life as a pet. Adopted by Lesley, Alex & Izzy from West Chermside Qld in February, Dulcie spends most of her afternoons sleeping and then enjoying play time with children Alex and Izzy.

"Thorpe"

Thorpe who is now known as "Bear" was adopted in Febuary to Sydney NSW. This beautiful boy was unlucky enough to end up in the pound - but thankfully was rescued by us and adopted to a loving new family. He now shares his home with 5 little dogs, 5 cats and a ferret!! Bear now has a happy future to look forward to with his devoted new mum and dad.

"Becky"

The greyhound formerly known as Betty - Becky has definately landed on her feet after being dumped at a local pound.  Becky was rescued and with plenty of TLC was given a new lease on life.  Rehomed in January to Grant & Liz at Redcliffe Qld, Becky is enjoying life as the adored family pet who spends most of her day with Grant enjoying walks along the beach and her tummy rubs.  Becky then curls up at night with grand-daughter Emma.

"Suzie"

Suzie was adopted in January to Upper Coomera QLD. This lovely girl is coming out of her shell everyday and gaining in confidence all the time. Her new family are very caring and love taking her for walks and to the local dog park. Finally Suzie has a forever home to enjoy and her new owners have the beautiful greyhound they have always wanted.

"Katie"

Katie now known as "Dakota" was adopted in January to Maudsland QLD. She now lives with "Blue" a 10 year old greyhound and they love sharing beds and lounging around together. Dakota settled in to her new life very quickly and loves her doting family. This big, gorgeous and very sweet girl will have many more years of happiness to come.

"Matt"

Matt was adopted in January by a family in Bli Bli QLD with 2 kids, 2 cats, birds and chooks. He has been an angel from the moment he arrived.  The family absolutely adore him and he adores them – he is one pampered pooch...just the way it should be!

"Shayla"

The young and gorgeous Shayla was rehomed in January to Gatton QLD.  Shayla spends her days running around on their property with her poodle brother, Mr Pickle. Shayla is learning new tricks including play dead and roll over and is absolutely adored by all family members.

"Heidi"

Heidi (formerly known as Jess) was adopted by a lovely couple at The Gap, Qld in February.  Knowing just what they wanted in a hound & eventually learning about this gorgeous girl in Sydney - it was only a matter of time until she was transported up to join their extensive fur family.

"Lilly"

Lilly was adopted in January by her foster carers in Canberra ACT. Lilly worked her charm and is there to stay, living with fellow greyhound Alfie and small dog Harry. She seems to be enjoying her new life of comfort, and her family love their cheeky, quirky beautiful girl!

                
    "Bodhi"

      Bodhi was rehomed to a nice, young couple living in Boondal, Qld.  Bodhi's gentle, fun-loving ways soon endeared her to her new owners who are very fortunate to have the love, loyalty & enjoyment of such a precious little dog.
