No new track at Chinderah, Tweed Heads NSW

A passionate community gathered in Chinderah (Tweed Heads, NSW) on March 11th 2023 to oppose a proposed new Tweed Greyhound track at Chinderah.

There was a good turn out and a message to think about “Follow the money”.

Why is Greyhound racing being shut down around the world but proposed tracks being built in Australia?

Speakers included Susie Hearder, Animal Justice Party candidate for Tweed; Ali Waters, AJP’s Lead Candidate for the upcoming NSW election; Lisa White from Friends of the Hound; & Angela Pollard, AJP President NSW.

Thank you to all who came. So many beautiful hounds mingled amongst the crowd. 💜

Let’s end Greyhound racing and suffering.

We need to end Government support of dog racing.
