Reeta is a sweetheart, totally adorable and super friendly.

Reeta loves being out and she walks up to every single person she sees, wagging her tail, smiling, expecting a pat. She loves being with people and is devastated when people don’t stop and say hello to her.

Reeta enjoys breakfast and dinner but she is not food focussed at all. She is a slow eater and has no food aggression.
Reeta has a thick, soft and glossy black coat and she loves being brushed, she is very very low shedding. She likes to roach and appreciates air conditioning to stay cool!

Reeta plays with toys, choosing her favourites from the toy basket. She is a master derper and enjoys doing twirls in the back yard!

Reeta walks beautifully on the lead and has absolutely loved exploring the world. She can be fearful of dogs that lunge or pull on their lead towards her.

Reeta loves people and also really likes children. Her ideal home would be with a couple or a family who are social and want to include her in all of their family outings. Reeta could be an only dog or she could live with another quiet greyhound, she is not fussy about other dogs being around. She would prefer her humans to be home a lot with her but could be at home alone for a few hours each day. Reeta is a perfect market and cafe dog, she loves going out to be social every day and enjoys greyhound social events and activities. She is not high energy, a typical walk is approx 25 minutes maximum per day when it is not hot. She does like a morning trip to the cafe to lean on strangers!
