PUPPIES! Little mini snooters are here

The pups are now settling in to their loving furever homes!!

If you’ve been on our socials you’ll know that we’ve been looking after some gorgeous Greyhound pups (scroll down for puppy pic spam and updates as they grow).

Now nicknamed Rachel’s gems, they are gaining weight and proving to be adorable little time-wasters!

Meet Onyx, Topaz and Jasper.

It is a huge commitment to help care for puppies, but they certainly bring plenty of smiles.

There were 5 Greyhound pups born but sadly, we lost 2 precious little ones despite the best efforts of our carers and emergency vets.

Mum, Rachel, & the remaining pups spent the next day at the Vet, until they were given the all clear to go home.
Thankfully her milk came in and all 3 puppies started gaining weight and feeding.

Mum Rachel is doing great – savouring every escape to the big, grassy yard with the occasional roll and nap on the lounge, then dutifully returning to her babies. She is a gorgeous 10 year old girl, in reality a bit old to be having a litter of pups.

And now for the puppies…

3 weeks

These little cuties started opening their eyes!
Watch with us as these precious puppers change from cute & pudgy to long & pointy.

4 weeks

They have been trying solids for the first time and enjoying some time in their new playpen – until it’s cuddle time!

They love the affection.

5 weeks

Eyes are open and it’s playtime!!

6 weeks

First vaccinations for these brave pups.

7-8 weeks

Having fun in the great outdoors!

9 weeks

For those following our puppies’ journey, the 3 little sweeties are now settling in to their loving furever homes!

Their Mum, Rachel, is happy in her new home & her little gems have each gone out to live full, happy lives of love, cuddles, care, comfort & companionship. The way it should be.
